Founded in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1993, Innovative Productivity, Inc.© (IPI) has a client base that runs the gamut and includes national defense, government agencies, business, manufacturing facilities, health care organizations, professional industry associations, and academia
IPI manages two Centers of Excellence for the U.S. Navy – the McConnell Technology and Training Center (MTTC) and the National Surface Treatment Center (NSTC). MTTC identifies, tests and evaluates technologies that in application will reduce operating costs and increase product quality. The NSTC provides web based information concerning surface coatings, equipment, procedures, and regulations. In addition, NSTC assists paints and coatings companies to provide surface treatment products and services to the Navy.
