Behavior change is difficult and sustaining the change can be even more challenging. IPI can assist your leaders to not only change undesirable behavior, but also sustain desirable behavior. We accomplish this through a collaborative partnership in which an executive coach serves to facilitate awareness and enhance job performance in your business leader.
Executive Coaching starts with engagement, and the selection of the coach. The assessment of the leader follows, helping to provide candid and constructive feedback. From the feedback, an action plan is created to identify desired changes and a path to achieve them. Throughout the implementation of the action plan, ongoing coaching is provided to assist the change. Once the behavior change goals have been achieved, leaders become their own coach. As needed, follow-up booster sessions are scheduled to trouble-shoot or reinforce learned strategies.
