Ray Zavada – President, Innovative Productivity Inc. / MTTC Program Manager
Experience – Mr. Zavada is responsible for the overall operation of the company, with responsibility for operating two United States Navy centers: McConnell Technology & Training Center and the National Surface Treatment Center. He has over thirty years of management experience with industry. In addition, he was formerly a decorated United States Air Force command pilot and operations manager of an Aviation Maintenance Squadron. Education -- Mr. Zavada has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wilkes College and a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Delmar J. Doyle P.E. – Chief Operating Officer
Experience -– Delmar J. Doyle is the Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Productivity, Inc. Mr. Doyle career has spanned over thirty years in directing technical development as an executive in several companies. Past assignments include American Air Filter & Wheelabrator with recent positions as president and general manager of DCE Inc. and then president of MikroPul, LLC. Education – Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, both from Purdue University. Mr. Doyle is an accomplished Toastmaster and a registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky and Indiana.

Kenneth J. Palmgreen, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Experience -- Mr. Palmgreen is responsible for all financial and administrative activities of the company, and also serves as Corporate Secretary. Previously, he was executive vice president for a nationwide building controls company and held financial management positions with four organizations. Mr. Palmgreen has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, holds a CPA license in the State of Indiana, and is member of both the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPA's.

Lee Twombly – Director – National Surface Treatment Center
Experience -– Lee joined Innovative Productivity, Inc. in 2002 as a Project Manager and is now serving as Director of the National Surface Treatment Center. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville prior to entering the United States Navy to serve in the submarine force. After leaving active service, Mr. Twombly spent over 30 years in the Industrial Ventilation Equipment Industry identifying and cultivating markets, leading new product development teams, and transferring European pollution control products, technology and marketing methods to U.S. operations. Mr. Twombly has held leadership roles on National Technical Committees concerned with Industrial Air Cleaning and Industrial Ventilation with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers; the Society for Protective Coatings; and NACE International. He retired from the Naval Reserve in 1994 with the rank of Captain.

Andy Meyer, Ph.D, Director of Business Solutions
Experience -- Dr. Andy Meyer has over 25 years experience in healthcare as a clinician and administrator. He worked in the area of Behavioral Medicine and Health Psychology throughout much of his career. He has conducted research and published articles in the areas of habit formation and change. Dr. Meyer’s current interests are in the areas of improving performance through the use of psychological and socio-cultural principles. He has served in leadership positions in public non-profit, private for-profit, and private non-profit systems. Dr. Meyer is an Adjunct Professor at Spalding University where he previously served as Chair of the School of Professional Psychology and Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. He currently serves as the Performance Team Psychologist for the University of Louisville Athletic Department.

William (Bill) Thompson, Director of Computer Technology Programs
Experience –- Manages information technology training programs for Innovative Productivity, Inc. He began his technology career in the U.S. Air Force as an air defense systems technician and has also worked as a computer/electronics technician, instructor, product development manager and director of operations for a national building automation and energy management company. Mr. Thompson has had several years of experience in printed circuit board design and has taught various post-secondary classes in computers, programming, and engineering mathematics.
Education -- In addition to several dozen semester hours of post-graduate coursework, he holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Louisville.

Donna Lampe, Director of Information Technology
Experience –- Donna is responsible for all information and communications technologies for Innovative Productivity, Inc., the McConnell Technology & Training Center, and the National Surface Treatment Center. She has 25 years of experience in information technology, with particular concentrations in application development; infrastructure management; portal management; intranet design; and logistics, finance, shipping and production. Prior to joining IPI, Donna was employed by Teleplan International in various capacities from IT Director to Application Manager.
Education –- Donna holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and an A.S. degree in Computer Science, both from Indiana University.

G. Edward Hafling, Director of Contracts / Legal Advisor
Experience –- Mr. Hafling manages the formation and administration of IPI contractual services. He also provides counsel and legal guidance on matters relevant to the operations of IPI. He possesses over thirty years of experience in business and technical fields as: Corporate Counsel, Program Management, Weapons Repair Facility Development, Prototype Weapons Development, Foreign Military Sales, Government Contracting and Human Resources/Labor Management.
Education –- Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Louisville and Juris Doctorate from Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville.
