Warren K. Neuburger
President and CEO
Mr. Neuburger joined the company in 2009, with over 32 years of broad executive management experience in a variety of technical markets and industries. Neuburger was formerly President of the Realtime division of Concurrent Computer, a company that provided products and services to all branches of the military for several decades. Neuburger has also served on the board of directors of several domestic and European companies. Neuburger holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and two bachelors degrees from Syracuse University in both Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. |

Kenneth J. Palmgreen
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Palmgreen is responsible for all financial and administrative activities of the company, and serves as Corporate Secretary as well. Previously, he was executive vice president for a nationwide building controls company and held financial management positions with four organizations. Mr. Palmgreen has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, holds a CPA license in the State of Indiana, and is member of both the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPA's. |

Julius L. “Bud” Berthold
Senior Program Manager
Mr. Berthold is responsible for managing the Career Training for Disabled Veterans program, and furthering other company objectives. He has over thirty years military/civilian experience in management. Rising from private to Brigadier General, he served as a battalion and brigade commander, Commandant of Kentucky Military Academy, Assistant Division Commander, and Deputy Adjutant General. He is a graduate of U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. Civilian experience includes: Director of Contracting for Fort Knox; Contracts Manager for Innovative Productivity, Inc.; Executive Director, Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, which encompasses divisions of Emergency Management, Facilities, Bluegrass Station (industrial park), Logistic Operations Center (national center for military clothing), and State support for Kentucky Army and Air National Guard. Mr. Berthold served as Chair of Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs. |

Richard "Dick" Gilbert
Chief Engineer
Mr. Gilbert joined Innovative Productivity, Inc. in 1996 as a Project Manager and is responsible for the Fleet Maintenance Reduction Program and the Defense Technology Program. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis and a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School. After serving 26 years in the U.S. Navy on various ships and shore activities as a Surface Warfare Officer and an Engineering Duty Officer, Mr. Gilbert retired at the rank of Captain. |

Rick Southard
Director, National Surface Treatment Center
Mr. Southard joined Innovative Productivity, Inc. in 2002 as a Project Manager and is now serving as the Director of the National Surface Treatment Center. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Louisville in 1978, and then served as a U.S. Navy officer for the next 23 years in a variety of afloat and shore assignments, including Commanding Officer of a minesweeper. He earned a Master of Arts Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 1992 and retired in 2001 at the rank of Commander. Mr. Southard is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, the Society for Protective Coatings, and NACE International. |

William (Bill) Thompson
Director of Special Projects and Workforce Development
Mr. Thompson manages special projects and training programs for Innovative Productivity, Inc. He began his technology career in the U.S. Air Force as an air defense systems technician and has also worked as a computer/electronics technician, instructor, product development manager and director of operations for a national building automation and energy management company. Mr. Thompson has had several years of experience in printed circuit board design and has taught various post-secondary classes in computers, programming, and engineering mathematics. In addition to several dozen semester hours of post-graduate coursework, he holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Louisville. |

Otis W. Fox Director of Contracts
Mr. Fox joined Innovative Productivity, Inc. in 2002 as a Contract Administrator and is now serving as Director of Contracts. Mr. Fox is responsible for all subcontracting and purchasing within the scope of IPI’s Prime Contracts. Prior to joining IPI, Mr. Fox was a Principal Assistant for the Kentucky Department of Veterans’ Affairs. His 27 year military career included initial service in the US Marine Corps and retirement from active duty in the Army National Guard at the rank of Colonel. Mr. Fox continues to serve in leadership positions in several veterans’ organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University. |
